Terms and Conditions of Room Reservations at Mr.Mantter

We may pre-authorize your credit card prior to your arrival. This does not mean we have charged you; it is a temporary credit card hold. Actual payment will still be primarily through cash or bank transfer at the premises.

Room rates are quoted in New Taiwan Dollars. The quoted room rates are based on your inquiry date and accommodation date. Should either of these dates change, room rates may be subject to change.

Room rates apply only to the number of adults confirmed at the time of reservation. An additional charge is required for each extra adult, and no extra bed service is provided.

Room rates include the applicable tax rate and service charges at the time/locality of stay. No additional charges will be applied unless for extra services purchased.

If you choose to stay in a room of a higher category than originally selected, the room rate will be adjusted. All services not included in the promotional packages are subject to additional charges.

For extended stays, guests must pay the cost calculated either based on the current room rate or any other promotional package provided by TMC.

If your reservation dates fall on major holidays, consecutive holidays, or if you book more than 3 rooms at once, we may require advance payment of room charges.

The maximum occupancy for a double room is 2 adults and 1 child (under 120cm in height), and for a quad room, it is 4 adults and 2 children (under 120cm in height). Children may share the existing bed in the room with a paying adult for free. No extra bed service is provided.

A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. The amount shown on the reservation confirmation webpage and email will be collected upon check-in. TMC accepts cash in New Taiwan Dollars, Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.

Room rates are based on the exchange rate at the time of reservation in New Taiwan Dollars, but are subject to currency fluctuations. The accommodation bill will be priced according to the selling rate of the current Taiwanese bank's announced exchange rate at the time of your stay.

If a guest reserves a room at a publicly announced incorrect price, TMC reserves the right to correct the price or cancel the reservation and will contact you directly to rectify the price or cancel the booking.

Reservations are transferable. However, notification in writing is required in advance, and both the transferrer and the transferee should agree to bear all related terms and conditions.

Discounts are available for up to 7 rooms and are not applicable for group bookings. For group bookings of 8 rooms or more, please contact Mr.Mantter by email at hi@mrmantter.com.

If you do not book your room directly with Mr.Mantter but through other booking platforms (such as Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia, Trip.com, etc.), the reservation rules (such as promotional offers, cancellation methods, payment methods, taxes, invoices, after-sales service, etc.) should be based on the information published by the respective booking platform.

​If you book directly with Mr.Mantter but wish to cancel due to factors not attributable to TMC, the related cancellation fees and rules should refer to the [Standardized Hotel Contract].

​Mr.Mantter does not accept pets or animals other than guide dogs licensed by local government authorities.
