Pet-Friendly Policy
Pets we accept
- Small or medium dogs: 20 kg or less, fully vaccinated
- Cats: fully vaccinated; please bring your own litter box
- Small animals that can stay in a cage (such as guinea pigs and rabbits)
- For pets 20 kg and over, please let us know in advance. An extra fee may apply
- Up to two pets per room
(NT$800 per night for the first pet, NT$500 per night for the second) - Please make sure your pet is healthy, free of infectious diseases and parasites, and fully vaccinated, for the safety of other pets and guests.
Check-in rules
- Pet-friendly rooms are limited, so please book at least 48 hours before check-in. If you do not tell us in advance, extra fees may apply or you may not be able to check in.
- Check-in with pets must be completed by 8:00 PM.
- A NT$2,000 deposit is collected at check-in and fully refunded once the room passes inspection at check-out with no damage.
- The cleaning fee is NT$800 per night for the first pet and NT$500 per night for the second (service animals excepted). If a pet leaves extra dirt or odor in the room, a deep-cleaning fee starting at NT$800 will be charged depending on the cleaning required.
- Please do not bathe your pet in the guest room bathroom.
- If your pet gets on the bed, please lay a pet mat or pee pad on the bed first.
Please note
- Owners are fully responsible for their pet's health and behavior. Please keep an eye on safety at all times.
- To avoid disturbing others, we will ask you to quiet your pet if it gets too loud. If it continues after two reminders, you may need to change rooms or check out. Thank you for understanding.
- Pets are strictly not allowed in rooms that are not pet-friendly.
- If a pet is brought into a room that is not pet-friendly without telling us in advance, we will charge an extra cleaning fee (from NT$2,000) and related surcharges.
Tips for staying with pets
- For your pet's safety and other guests' comfort, please use a leash or carrier in public areas.
- Please clean up after your pet to help keep the hotel clean.
- Pet cleaning wipes are available in the lobby for quick cleanups.
- Please do not leave your pet alone in the room.
- Every pet has different habits, so please bring your own supplies, food, and medicine.
- If you have any special needs, just let us know and we will do our best to help.

FAQ
Is there an extra charge for pets?
Yes. The cleaning fee is NT$800 per night for the first pet and NT$500 per night for the second, plus a NT$2,000 deposit (refunded after the room passes inspection at check-out). The fee covers the pet welcome kit and professional cleaning.
Can my pet stay if it weighs over 20 kg?
For pets 20 kg and over, please let us know in advance and note your pet's breed and weight when you book. We will arrange a suitable room depending on the situation, and an extra fee may apply.
Can I leave my pet alone in the room?
No. Please keep your pet with you at all times.
Do you provide facilities or supplies for pets?
At check-in you will receive a pet welcome kit (waste bags, small toys, a food bowl, pet wet wipes, and pee pads). Since every pet has different habits, please bring your own food, supplies, and medicine.
Can I bring my pet in any room type?
Pets are allowed only in certain room types. Please tell us before you book that you are bringing a pet, and we will help arrange a suitable room.
Can my pet and I stay at the hotel for a while after check-out?
If you need to stay a little longer after check-out, you and your pet are welcome to rest in the public areas. Please keep your pet on a leash and clean up after it so other guests are not disturbed.
Can my pet get on the bed or sofa?
We understand pets like to stay close to their owners. To keep rooms clean, please lay a pet mat or pee pad on the bed or sofa before your pet gets on it, so the next guest also gets a clean, comfortable room.
Does my pet need proof of vaccination?
Yes. For the health and safety of all guests and pets, please provide proof of your pet's rabies vaccination online before booking. Thank you for helping us keep the hotel safe for pets and people.
