Overview
TC Time Walk's Half-Half Multicultural Cuisine Experience combines cultural exchange with a cooking class. The experience starts at a backpacker hostel. You shop for Southeast Asian ingredients around ASEAN Square, then a chef from abroad shows you how to cook an Indonesian, Vietnamese or Thai dish. It includes a blind tasting, a cooking contest and international exchange, with gifts such as an exclusive apron. A multilingual cultural experience for families and groups.
